"On 11/12/23 we contacted Rising Sun Tree Service, stemming from a flyer placed in our mailbox. Chris from Rising Sun got back to us within minutes and came over to our house to give an estimate on some trees we wanted to have cut down. ( 1st praise, returning your phone call in a timely manner) Next, after showing him the trees we wanted cut (18 total) (BIG Pine, and maple trees). The price he gave was outstanding, considering the size of the trees and the obstacles he had to contend with ( fence, in-ground pool, shed ) (2 praise, price) Chris said he could start on Monday 10am. (3 praise , at exactly 10am he showed up with his crew prepared for work. It took 4 1/2 days to complete the job. Everyday day they showed up on time and ready to work. When job was completed (4 praise ) they ground down the stumps, cut the wood, and removed, racked up debris, and removed, they Left the yard spotless. All the workers were very pleasant and respectful. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of tree removal. 5 stars definitely."
"Chris came straight to my house at 8am to look at my property for an assessment. He was aware that I was trying stay inside of a certain dollar amount, and he took the job. He left and returned an hour later with a trailer in tow. Then he and his helper, an extremely good natured young man named Tyler, set to work.
Their task was to prune some natural growth that had been unfortunately neglected. They did a safe, professional grade job for a fair, competitive price. Not to mention, Chris’ outfit is clean, drug free, and honest. Given how hard it is to find good help these days, it’ll be nice to have a reliable person to whom I can refer my friends."

I saw him working at another home in our neighborhood and inquired about his service. He came right over after that job to give us a quote. He was very reasonable, personable and professional. He worked us into his schedule, showed up on time, cleared away all the debris, and was very careful. We will definitely use him for any future needs with regard to pruning, trimming, and/or removal.
